Serving governmental agencies across the Midwest has been a priority with our firm since 1983. During this time, we have served the GSA Public Building Service under IDIQ and individual project contracts representing over $1 billion in construction value, both completed and currently underway. We also have been awarded a five-year BPA contract for Construction Management as Agent services for Regions 4, 5, 6 and 7. This contract is under the the ARRA of 2009.
