• 5 year term contract for project management, owner representation and construction manager as advisor
• Primary responsibilities in leased build-to-suit projects and government-owned facilities include review of design documents for conformance with the Solicitation for Offers and lease document, conducting periodic meetings with landlord’s team, review of construction schedule, inspection of construction work and independent government estimates
• Renovation projects occur in occupied buildings with a high level of security and often require construction work to be completed after normal business hours
• Provided service to federal agencies including DOJ, USMS, SSA, ODAR, FBI, HUD, DHS, NARA, VA and DOL
• Facilities include new SSA buildings, office building tenant improvement projects and new 100,000 sf FBI building Construction from $200,000 to $20,000,000
• Government owned facilities, roof repairs and HVAC renovation at Federal Courthouses with cost from $200,000 to $4,500,000
