- Campus to be constructed and delivered under a long-term, build-to suit lease arrangement from 2009 through 2014
- Existing 3,000,000 sf facility with 2,500 employees constructs all non-nuclear parts to support inventory of the United States nuclear arsenal
- Centerpoint Zimmer LLC is developer, JE Dunn is General Contractor and HNTB is A/E
- Facilities relocated from Bannister Federal Complex to 147th Street and Botts Road in south Kansas City, Missouri
- Services include supporting GSA with technical reviews of Offers during pre-development phase
- Following lease award, responsibilities include full-time on-site construction management team, review of design documents for conformance with solicitation for offers, review of construction work, monitoring CPM schedule for Fast Tracked construction process, preparation of independent cost estimates and advising contracting officer regarding project problems
