Since 1993 our firm has served the GSA PBS as Construction Manager as Advisor on significant projects under Design Excellence and IDIQ contracts. We understand the requirements set out for the CMa, and our role as it fits with the Contracting Officer, the Project Representative and the other hired consultants. We have provided these services on government owned facilities and leased build-to-suit facilities developed for the government, and in all cases we delivered the work that was requested and under contract. These highlighted projects are examples of our successful relationship with GSA.

We have a thorough understanding of GSA procedures and processes. We know how to manage our work effectively to meet the expectations of the project stakeholders including the GSA, user agency, general contractor and GSA field office. We are proactive, organized and schedule oriented members of the project team and thoroughly document decisions to facilitate the flow of information and push the decision making process to keep our projects on schedule. We know how to walk the “tightrope” with the taxpayer’s dollars to ensure that they are spent wisely.
