Wade has more than 30 years of direct project and construction management experience on corporate, governmental and real estate development projects. His superior coordinating capabilities and leadership have resulted in long-term relationships with clients such as AT&T, State of Missouri, General Services Administration and Kessinger Hunter Real Estate. Wade is adept at assuring the full resources of the firm are available to meet a project’s requirements. He is particularly skilled at designing and managing technically and administratively complex renovation projects. He is intimately familiar with critical coordination and management issues associated with the development of master plans, programs, preliminary design options, and contract documents for new and renovation projects.
