Joe Vogrin

Construction Manager

With 20 years of space planning, tenant representation, and construction project management duties during his 36 years with the Social Security Administration (SSA), Joe brings a well-honed ability to focus on the large overview or minute details of a project. He has been called a “creative problem solver” by his peers and SSA executive staff. He is the recipient of numerous agency awards.

Joe has designed and managed large projects such as SSA field office relocations throughout several states. He has been responsible within SSA for nationally significant projects such as the specification development for a new 800,000 sf federal record storage facility. He was part of the design team for one of SSA’s new educational television studios and for the 1.2 million sf Bolling Federal Building renovation. As one of a relative few senior facilities specialists within SSA, Joe was an internal consultant on several large national initiatives which affected all Social Security offices nationwide.
