Having been a registered architect for more than 40 years, Jim has extensive experience in all aspects of architectural design and project management. He has handled project management, construction administration and risk management on numerous new construction and renovation projects. In addition, Jim has managed both the pro-active quality assurance and reactive quality control aspects of multi-million dollar projects across the United States. His calm manner and thoughtful approach to dealing with consultants and contractors ensures communication between all parties stays open and productive. This has enabled him to successfully lead projects with more than $800 million in completed construction value.
